By accessing or using Mymatchsticks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One person may only hold one account. Creating fake or misleading profiles is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse other users; post explicit sexual content in public areas; impersonate any person; use the platform for commercial solicitation; attempt to hack or disrupt the service; share content involving minors; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
You retain ownership of content you post on Mymatchsticks. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for any content you post.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Mymatchsticks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users, either on or off the platform. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mymatchsticks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
